Q. When did Neon Woods started, tell us about the history...
A: It's a classic boy-meets-girl-meets-boy-starts-a-band.
Q: Who are your influences?
A: We don't have a common influence, however, each of us are personally inspired by great bands such as The Cure, Sonic Youth, Yo La Tengo, Pavement, and Snoop Dogg.
Q. Make a list of 5 albuns of all time…
A: Well, it's very hard to find a top five list of albums, but we managed to gather a few:
"Grace" - Jeff Buckley,
"Painful" - Yo La Tengo,
"Is This Desire" - PJ Harvey,
"Closer" - Joy Division,
"Doggie Style" - Snoop Dogg
Q. How do you feel playing live?
A: At the moment we're searching for gigs 'cause we just started. However, feel free to invite us to Sao Paulo!
Q. How do you describe Neon Woods sounds?
A: Melodic noise rock.
Q: Tell us about the process of recording the songs ?
A: After our guitarist managed to control our singers James Hettfield tendencies, our drummers negativity, our bass players lack of intellectual capacity we did just fine!
Q. Which new bands do you recommended?
A: Courtney Barnett, Speaker Bite Me, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, and Nelson Can.
Q: Which band would you love to made a cover version of?
A: Aint nothing but a G thang by Snoop Dogg!
Q: What´s the plans for future....
A: Play gigs, record songs, get deaf or die trying.
