Black Hearted Brother é o alter ego de Neil Halstead, Nick Holton e Mark Van Hoen que em 2013 soltaram o belíssimo Stars Are Our Home via Slumberland Records.
Neil Halstead você conhece, Slowdive e Mojave 3, Mark Van Hoen também, vide Locust e Seefeel e também produziu os álbuns Out Of Tune (1998), Excuses For Travellers (2000) e Spoon & Rafter (2003) todos do Mojave 3, e, Nick Holton do Holton's Opulent Oog,
A junção desses três gênios originou um álbum encharcado de eletrônica, delays, viagens e mais viagens soterradas de camadas de experimentação por cima de uma aura shoegazer.
Um disco simplesmente obrigatório de uma super banda.

Around a kitchen table in west london1995, we would discus this band over a bowl of pasta, but a combo of family commitments, pet care and fiscal pressures only allowed for us to start work on the record in 2010.
